The Municipality of Ruse calls on citizens to use the containers for construction waste as intended. When mixing construction waste with: 
- household waste
- furniture
- clothes
- aluminum joinery
- plant waste, branches, etc. Тhe same will not be handed over for recovery and will be taken to the Regional Landfill. Citizens should only dispose of in the blue containers:
- concrete, bricks, roof tiles, tiles, ceramic products;
- wood;
- glass;
- soil;
- stones;
- insulating materials that do not contain asbestos or dangerous substances;
- gypsum-based construction waste that does not contain hazardous waste;
- mixed construction and demolition waste that does not contain mercury and hazardous substances.
In implementation of the project "Measures to improve waste management in the municipalities of Ruse, Tutrakan, Slivo Pole and Vetovo", the Municipality of Ruse deployed 15 no. containers for construction waste in the various districts of Ruse. In them, citizens can hand over their construction waste free of charge. In order to achieve sustainability, the Municipality of Rousse is in the process of purchasing and supplying equipment that will continue the removal of containers, so that they will be available to citizens in the coming months.
